Terms & Conditions
  • Payment is to be made prior to hiring the facility before the key is issued. An invoice & receipt is issued. You will be charged for any additional hours (or part of) for the use of the facility beyond what is stated above.
  • For regular users, we require a current Certificate of Currency for $10 million Public Liability Insurance before the facility can be hired. Casual Public Liability Insurance is available for an extra fee.
  • Any required cleaning or maintenance that is necessary following the use of the Centre will be charged at the rate of $30 per hour. All kitchen utensils and equipment is to be cleaned and put away. All garbage is to be removed and placed in the wiz bins. Any damages to the SLCC will be repaired by the owners and required to be paid by the user within 30 days of the repairs being made.
  • The user is responsible for set up & storing away of the chairs, tables and equipment. If any posters or decorations are to be hung on the walls or ceilings, only blue tac can be used. Pins, thumbtacks or tape cannot be used. Any breakages to be paid by the hirer.
  • The SLCC is a smoke & alcohol free facility. The use of alcohol and/or smoking in and around the premises will result in termination of the use of the facility. The playing of music or other entertainment shall be restricted to inside of the building and is to finish no later than 11.30pm.
  • Minors under the age of 18 are to be accompanied by an adult

Kitchen Hire:

$38 per hire — basic use (Hot & cold drinks, light refreshments)

$78 per hire — major use (Preparation & service of full dinner)
